The package was delivered on the 10th and pottery barn did not begin the return process until i called on the 17th.
Otherwise a 1 star would be appropriate given the lack of good customer service. Seems like everytime i go into stores there are new people working so that tells me have problems there too. I'm talking about what they call customer service via phone. Supervisors need tickets to start the process.
